Just Picture It

Just Picture It and how it contributes to environmental education

Just Picture It is a project co-implemented by Plymouth Marjon University, UK and the School of Foreign Languages, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam under the sponsorship of the British Council.

We collected authentic materials about environment and climate through a photo competition mirrored in both the UK and Vietnam. The photos were then used to create innovative, creative and art-based materials for ELT classroom.

The catastrophic man made changes to the environment are creating PROBLEMS for the future that is now the shared heritage facing all of humanity. As part of the SOLUTIONS, we believe that as teachers, we can help by shaping our pedagogy to urge the next generation to fully appreciate and respond to the climate emergency and to preserve and protect the NATURAL PERFECTION of our beautiful home, Planet Earth.
